How long is a piece of string , pretty hard to know without knowing the hole picture , it could be worth nothing it could be worth $20,000.
Whats the body like , rust ? , which body kit ? , what running gear , condition of running gear , interior , overall appreance , lots of big questions in a Baja sorry , and as the oldies say a picture is worth a thousand words

no rust no body kit, just mud gaurds taken off & rear chopped, origional running gear interior all original, paint work ordinary, been shedded for a few years, never driven off road no motor, trying to work out how to attach photo, just new to this forum. Is a 2mb pic to big too attach?

Trial fit f rear guards..........
got the motor and box out, trimmed off the apron (have left it 3 or so inches longer than it needs to be for fine tuning)
With the help of a DUB front gearbox mount I got the CB box in........

Future plans are a bug eye Baja kit for the front, some custom 15x6 and 15x8in rims and some 29x7.5 and 31x10.5 (or 33x10.5) Simex's.
That lifted front end is still in there.

id say $1000.00 before someone cut it up and now its prob worth 4-500 because its been chopped now

I'm with vwsteve ,only worth a few hundred now it's cut up.You can make a baja out of any late model bug don't cut up the early ones.

what does it matter if you don't have the money its not worth wasting peoples time...
if you want an early baja, cut up an early car, if you want to f@#k a ghia flare the guards and change the indicators, if you want something do it your way... don't be told by others

love that last pic 🙂 as for the whole baja thing people been doing them for ages rather c a bug cut up and used than sit around and some bloke leaves it in a padock and says il do something one day then 20years later its 2 late i do beleave some should b left but we all have diffrent taste " im a baja boy weres my 9inch 😂😂😂 joke i think it be a good buy and its worth what you want to pay for it only you know that

Thanks for your reply's I decided to pass on the 58, in the long run I think it was too dear for what I wanted. I think I will look for a '69 from what I have read with irs rear should be better for my needs.
