Can be in almost any condition as long as the header is in good shape.

Must have a straight outer edge, lip, wheel arch.

I'd usually buy a new one, but I'm going to cut it up and make a performance/max clearance muffler/header out of it, and so would like to cut up an old rusty one. That is ofcorse someone has one lying around.
