While the US did not "know" where Bin Laden was,they had carte blanche to kick down any door in the world in pursuit of him and they used that extensively.

They "always knew" his whereabouts, just look at the spy technology you have on a p.c.( google earth), multiply that ten fold,add real time feed,no one could hide from that.

The US is just using his demise as a strategic move,they expect and undoubtedly want BIG repercussions.

Anyone fInd it a tad strange they dumped the body in the ocean?
I understand it was to respect Islamic tradition (to bury the body within 24 hours), but this seems to be the first time the American Gov. have payed any attention to this in the war against terror.

Yipeeh!!! The war against Al Queda is won. The fictitious war against weapons of mass destruction, drugs and terrorism is over. Unfortunately, since we didn't get UN and therefore European support it basically detroyed our economies, but what the heck "win some - loose some".

Now with him gone, the US are waiting for Al Qaeda to react, so that they can open up another big can of whoopass on another strategic target - all in time for Obama to be re-elected. What American would want a change of government in the middle of a military attack? Call me a cynic all you want. I can bet we'll have another big "attack" on a western city within the next 2 months, to allow the US to kick-off their response.

All the talk about not realising photos.Was anyone watching channel 9 news on the eve of the announcement of his death,six o clock?They said that under normal circumstances channel 9 does not put photos of the dead on the news.The host then said under these important circumstances that they would.They then put up a bloody portrait shot of old mate Bin Laden.Looked like him,although he looked like he had been shot on the left hand side of his forehead.
Then nothing more.Something very strange going on.Bloody Americans.

Funny thing this ,was watching Scrubs on telly this arvo,the episode was made in 2007 ,they were on about about the war in Afghanistan,and near the end the janitor said ,they should be looking for bin laden in pakistan ....coincidence or what❓❓🤪👍
