I don't think it was a real good game and I say this not being bias, but the Ref decided that outcome.

Actually I didnt mind the game.
At least we didnt get steam rolled.
We need more power house players in the blues
That said - I think I agree with keeping same same for game 2

The ref was a dud.
The tackle in air in the first half and the "forward" pass on 2nd half kick off were rubbish

More league news comes from the boof head's actions off field than on. Its a game where the entertainment value cant match the payroll required by the primadonnas on the field. (a bit like v8 supercars really). Its a game where the rules get changed so often to obscure crap (eg scrums, "downward pressure", different rulings for identical events depending on where abouts on the field it happens, different players) that adding more referees and 45 video cameras still cant make a consistant decision. Perhaps the biggest turn off though is potato head Gould's self promoting commentary.

Game was better when the players got $10K a year and had to work as barmen/cellarmen/bouncers/dishpigs at the clubs to make their living.

I was once one of league's biggest fans. Went to every home game, plenty of away games, watched em all on TV plus entered several tipping comps each year. Havent watched a minute of it this year. Have watched more netball.

Maybe my interest started to fade about 5 years ago 🤓

In my nephews year (under 8's I think) they weigh the kids. If you're over at the weigh in you cant play.

It was my first game of league watching for the year. Queensland sucks. Every time NSW got the ball they scored!

Phil Potato Head Gould didnt get man of the match but he is still far and away the gold medal winning prize tool.

Seriously, how NSW only lost by 10 points is unbelievable.
