34pict3 carbs new

Hi all, click on here, http://www.vollks.com.au/ and have a look at a brand new after market 34 pict 3 carb and note the price of $149. then go into ebay and type in item number 260764134599, exactly the same carb from a mob in WA but for cheap price of $318 (one sold allready)!!

all depends on the manufacturer of the carbs as not all are equal in quality. ive seen ones that are so porous that the fuel flows from bowl to Venturi through the cast material

I ordered one through vollks.com for a client, fitted it to his kombi, & apart from a dud electric idle solonoid, the carby worked faultlessly, the owner is absolutely wrapped on how good his 1600 is running. I was a bit skeptical about an aftermarket replacement carb but so far so good,
