And what is the going rate for a valve and guides job for a 1600 in the Sydney area?

Yeah thanks Ian -have been dealing with them for many years with friendly and much helpful service. Unfortunately they send their head work out and I need someone closer.
Located the following 2 head shops, but need to know if anyone has encountered any problems to date? I don't want to pull this engine out again any sooner than I have to.
