Very attractive looking Beetle. Does the badge say 1500 on the back?

What motor is in it now?

Thanks 🙂 Yeah it says 1500 and that's what's still in it. Apparently it's German built. It's done 66,000 miles and apparently was rebuilt about 14 years ago. I met the person who rebuilt it the other day.
