Ok like before,

im going to set myslef up to make casted aluminium custom badges

i want to guage interest and those that poster on the other post please repost, i will be able to make nearly any badge aslong as i have a mould or something to mould it off,

so give me your suggestions photos will help

what does the mould need to be made out of....interested in a personal one

hmm ....... if you couls show me skew i could probly do it ...... lol i am colleting sum funky fonts to make a few script badges out of.......

well plaster would be really good, wether you just make the mould in plaster and ill take it from there or you make the mould then make the actual shape . . . . if u know wat i meen?

or it can be soemthing cut out of wood, pretty much anything lol fibreglass would be stronger and would post better,


so yeh what type of badge you got in mind? itll help me with wat it should be made of (the mould)
