I have a surf mate up here n she is an instructor for the surf school on noosa's main beach..
they are very good for novices and supply everything you need
my best recommendation

And then practice till the sun bleaches your hair
by then you should have the hang of it:tu:

Hi There,
Please go to the Surfing Queensland website and use one of their accredited surf schools, they are fully insured and get priority on all Qld beaches. If you are on the gold coast try Currumbin Alley (beach) it is a very good location to learn at.
http://www.surfingqueensland.com.au  hit the surf schools tab and then scroll down to the beach location.
Thanks
Jason
