Hi all,

Which is the best anchor points to secure an early beetle on a car trailer.Checker plate car trailer being used.Over front beam at front and what about the rear?
Thank you.

Cheers Pete

The wheels, or as close as possible to them is best. Any part that moves up and down will put undue strain on the tie-downs.

Or I go around the torsion tubes and beams. Cross the tie downs where you can and pull as tight so trailer suspension works and not car. Drive a km or so and check again.
