LittleMissHerbina - September 4th, 2003 at 10:22 AM

LittleMissHerbina - September 4th, 2003 at 10:23 AM

Different strokes for different folks

SKEWtYpe3 - September 4th, 2003 at 10:45 AM

356
2.4L Type 4 1303 vert
the Splitty single cab
the air cond water cooled caravelle German looker
The 62 stocker
the 67 KG

decked dubby - September 4th, 2003 at 11:10 AM

I think it looks great, but it's a yuppy mobile :repuke

Imagine the sun's reflection off that chrome dash.

Starbug - September 4th, 2003 at 11:26 AM

hmmmm... nah. it looks much too... normal.

though im sure it would really impress the crap out of those little jap-car drivers!

Peter Leonard - September 4th, 2003 at 11:38 AM

i think i'm in love...
holy carp!
she's *snif* beautiful!!
love the excessive chrome, and the fact that it has a VW symbol on the front, and the lines, and the style, and the 19" wheels, and the stuff and things. love to have a drive. funny feeling it's not in my price range, but 20 years from now i hope to own a beaten up second hand one, and paint red flames up the bonnet against a black/purple pearl background....
*dreams*
and then i'll train my flying pigs to drive it....

LittleMissHerbina - September 4th, 2003 at 02:07 PM

just another sports car.
I dont know what it is.
I think if i had excessive amounts of money i would buy something else.
Maybe another bug and then a 59' Corvette Roadster.

Yeah, i betterbuy a ticket for the tattslotto.:P

the first ever production car to use a carbon fiber flywheel :) Yummmmmmy
Still I bet its slower than a WRX powered bug LOL

Herbie - September 4th, 2003 at 10:06 PM

I think it looks ok,
You must admit VW gave sticking to the original design, a fair go.
but after 50 years they are moving on,
But I tell you what, those 19 inch rims would look very cool on my splitty.:D

Cheers Tony

wont sell. Porsche have never been able to sell anything without a boxer engine.

zac_smits - September 5th, 2003 at 08:48 PM

in all seriousness if any of us were lucky enough to get offered one...we wouldn't pass it up. even if we disliked it. you would grow to love it...(or total it 'testing' it)

Che Castro - September 7th, 2003 at 01:44 AM

looks tasty, but that chrome dash?

twoguns - September 7th, 2003 at 03:40 PM

i would happily accept the gift. flog it around the block...( its a 6hr flog on the bike) and sell it of to fund about 4 really cool 6v VW projects....:D
