Email notification not working?????

Can anybody confirm that the automatic email notification is NOT working or is there something that I need to do in order to get it to work????

Seems to be not working, I used to get notification but not of late.

I saw these other posts but was hoping that it was fixed and I just wasn't set up correctly.
