Firstly, pepper spray for public urination/drunk & disorderly/DUI...? on a lawn mower of all things. Hardly a threat to society... this is why people have no respect for police.

Secondly, that cop is crazy, if that dudes wife was going to stab him in the face for a beer can you imagine what she is going to do to the cop? hahaha

the cop was a twat. Poor bloke. Worst way to extinguish a risk/situation.

Sure he wasn't doing anything wrong but being pissed and driving could cause an accident. The cop had no right to act the way he did; he wasn't doing the public a service either. Should have just warned the guy and drove him home, thus public is safe, and so is the drunk fella.

Keep looking, the one on the elevated platform is a cracker (I don't think they are real, I reckon their staged)
