I'm sure that the OECD's analysis is completely accurate, incisive, objective and unquestionable....but if we are #1 on any list where #2 is the
good ol' U.S. of A., I'd rather be in last place.
Wasn't Bhutan rated in 1st place on the Gross National Happiness index. Where do Cuba and North Korea figure on these lists?
