Blast from the past cruise??

Anyone planning a meet and cruise to Berry for the blast from the past show from Sydney area?

Hi Rob,

I am planning on taking my Beetle down and not sure if my mate in his blue oval is coming, but we are near the crossroads as you know. Maybe a met up about 8am at Uncle Leo's or Bunnings car park and then head off west or s/west on highway to Picton Rd, etc.

Just a matter of working out time to meet, have quick chat and drive there. May make a difference on leaving time if entering a vehicle also.

Sounds good, The show starts at 9am so a good leave time would be around guess 7:30 the latest?

I am sure it's a 10am start, we try have most cars in by 10am. Plenty of late roll ups most of the time!

Last year Club Veedub met at Uncle Leo's Caltex at the Liverpool Crossroads, at 7am for a 7:15 departure. That's very early for a Sunday, and last year only four VWs turned up for the cruise - two Golfs including mine, and two Kombis.

So if you want to cruise there this year (via Kangaroo Valley), we'll be at Uncle Leo's at 7am. Leaving 7:15am.

Hi Kev,

Nope, no idea who else will show on the day. Even when we get a show of hands at the meeting, the reality on the day is always different. I'm hoping some of the regulars - the Murrays, Ray and Shirley, Jeff and maybe Zoran, will come. Joe is in Malta so I guess he's out!

I will be there - my elderly Mum may be with me as she wants to look at the markets.
