Tell ya what... I bet that Maserati/Ferrari fix his car pretty damn quick now, or more likely give him a new one free of charge.

And I'm deadly serious... perception of bad customer service from a foreign company in China would be fatal... and this has gotten the guy A LOT of exposure.

If he could afford to buy that car in the first place, I think he knows what he is doing with money!
He certainly isn't on the minimum wage. I have to admire his tactics to resolve his problem. One way or another.
