Don't think this is just a US or NSA thing. The NSA aren't supposed to spy on US citizens, they are charged to spy on *us*, the foreign nationals.
There are no such restrictions on our spy agencies here in Australia, so without a doubt your communications could be captured by Australian agencies,
too. We just don't know.

your color scheme in UserCP -> Edit profile. Change the default color scheme to one of your choosing.

Yes, the default theme does not override any theme you choose. I'm sure you'll find one you like, including the usual default "UtlimaBB Pro
Blue"
The default theme is only applicable if you've never chosen a theme before.
We have about 20 themes for you to choose from in the UserCP -> Edit Profile.
@Craig - once we go back, you can choose "UtilmaBB Pro Black" and it'll stay that way.
