Administrivia: Backup and upgrades Friday night

Hi folks,

There will be a backup and some upgrades to the various behind the scenes systems, such as Drupal, MySQL, and MediaWiki. Only the backup will impact you.

Time: 11 pm-1 AM AEST Friday night to early Saturday morning

The backup has finally completed. Thanks for your patience. I had to re-write the backup script as for some reason it got deleted.
