Dylan The Dubber Is Back! - Another Beetle!

After some highs and lows in life i have put things back on the right path and am settling down with what i love most.

This afternoon the trip back up north begins and tomorow morning buying a beetle from Lismore and taking it back to Gold Coast QLD.

You could have guessed what model?? 1972 Superbug haha this is going to be my 3rd or 4th if you count the one i had my first vw expiriences in which was my fathers.

Very sorry i havent been in the vw communitie much this year after having to part out my black bug. In a better head space now and will be making better decisions from now on.

i have beetle with me now and its soo good! very original looks like one owner couldnt be happer with it im on my phone and cant upload pics but pics will be up soon.

Glad to hear it got home ok.

The owner of it in the 90s was a VW nut and always kept it immaculate, he;d be horrified to see how it is now.
I only recognised it by that sticker on the back window.

It is stock as a rock and nana spec and is what i wanted. the problem with my black bug was that i was trying to make it really good when really you can pollish a turd.

this is a good base to start with and is in really good condition has what i believe is original 50,000 miles on it but engine has also been replaced as its code is RR instead of AD RR means Rebuild Replacement as far as i know.
