Schneider cams

Are free plugs allowed when you're happy with the service you received from a supplier?
Is this even in the right section? (probably not?).

Anyway, here we go.

I rang a few Oz cam companies, I wanted a custom grind as I knew exactly what I wanted. I started looking further afield after my old favourites (although it was a while ago since I've used them, maybe 12 years?) either seem to have developed a sketchy reputation, or told me either "We know what you need" or the other good line "We'll look after you mate", all without even asking me what intake or exhaust I had, even what type of vehicle I had.

Hhmmm, the Force is strong with these companies Luke.......

So I looked overseas. I sent an email to 4 cam companies and rang another two. Schneider Racing Cams answered my email the next day (which for them made it a Sunday!). We talked for 2 emails, then I rang him direct, formalised the custom cam to be ground up, then paid the man the money.

8 days after I paid him (yep, EIGHT days.......) the cam lobbed up on my door step out here in the middle of nowhere. He even sent me stickers!

Kevin Cantrell and Schneider Cams are the good guys. Highly recommended.

Great service
One of the many reasons it pays to buy from overseas
