There's teething troubles in the advertising desk at Google. There's some malware called "Genieo" that came up as an ad this afternoon on this
site, I hope you're not seeing it. I might be seeing the ad, as security is my day job and thus offering me an ad for a common browser hijacking tool
is a fun rainy day activity for me if I get bored doing my actual job.
For the rest of you:
Do not click that ad. Do not download it. Do not install it.
If you have downloaded or installed it, get some help to get it off your computer. You will know if you have it because it makes your browser awful
and is very sketchy with the way it interacts with you and your computer.

I will try to find out which advertising network has offered the malware and block that network. If there's any other adverts you have issues with
and I'll see what I can do to remove them from our site.
thanks,
Andrew
It's fortunate we have an EXPERT protecting us! (Haven't seen it.)
to right
I don't have ads. Yay for me!

That 'loose belly fat' ad is painful to swallow everytime i'm on here
I think about all those xmas mince pies and tallies i just had recently. Does that make it malicious too ?
