19 hour turn around on an online order. You guys kick ass.

Anybody who has had reservations about ordering from there, or have been looking for someone to buy parts from, I cant reccomend them enough.

Order online Monday delievered Tuesday... Not bad when it has to travel a bit under a 1000 kms to get here. Great turn around time

Thanks guys, whilst we are a relatively small operation (Steve full time, and myself helping in the background in between working in and managing DAS Resto Haus), we do our best to get parts underway as soon as we can.

From day 1 we've focused on high quality parts and strived for good customer service (and most importantly advice which can be invaluable!). The product range and stock levels continue rise which is great for all air cooled enthusiasts in Oz.

Thanks once again for the support from everyone who has given us a chance instead of going straight to CIP1….after all it's businesses like us that help to keep the shows and events in Australia alive ;)

Yep we do enjoy putting on the open house events as well - we missed this year after the $4000 + USA trip prize won by Maya in NSW. The open houses cost upwards of a couple of grand, so its not something we can do all the time! You can understand why we are one of the only parts suppliers who put on such events on ;)

Thanks once again for everyone's business….we appreciate the fact consumers have a lot of choices when it comes to VW parts so we are grateful if people give us the chance. We are coming up to 3 years in business this November and going strong!

I'll give another shout out for top service. Great work Al and Steve, I'm on a deadline to have a bus finished by Wednesday and have had to order last minute parts, rang late Friday , parts there first thing Monday and have again ordered today and expect parts to arrive tomorrow. Nice to have good service like that, keep up the good work and hope to make an open day when I move up end of year.
