Vollks - good service

Here in Tasmania it is very difficult to get parts and we mostly have to rely on interstate providers, this in itself posses many problems.

Not being able to pick up the part in your hands and check the quality, therefore relying on a photo is a hit and miss method.

The cost of freight if you receive a poor quality part or wrong part really stretches the budget and friendship of the provider.

Having already experienced poor service from a couple of providers, it has been very refreshing to deal with Wassim at Vollks, who also trades as VWonline.

Service and advice have been excellent. I may have to pay a little more but it's worth every cent to know I am getting the best service and no problems if I have a problem.

Like most people, I am quick enough to complain about poor service, so I should be just as quick to say good things about good service.

Too right.

I've relatives in Sheffield and they have trouble getting parts for their family vehicle.....think they said it was a "fergie".:lol:


Just joking of course. Your point is relevant. The same in rural and regional areas of Oz

Ive had good service from Vollks too, nice and fast delivery..
Also cant go past Das Resto, they sent me the wrong part (was only a couple of springs) after a chat on the phone they express posted the right part no extra charge... :)

Same here, fast delivery, great service and i even got 10 complimentary keychains :) No seriously, the key chains are awesome!
