But each to there own, he must have spent some hours down the shed, must have a bloody horrible wife!!!!!!!!

vwo60 - January 5th, 2015 at 06:25 PM

If only we all had that skill level that is required to do work of that quality, ugly it is in my eyes but very well done.

newghia - January 5th, 2015 at 06:34 PM

It was built by Bernt who used to work for Boyd Coddington....... A LONG time ago

donn - January 5th, 2015 at 08:15 PM

FUGLY, a complete waste of time and money in my opinion, but then I have had a few glasses of giggle juice

Ugly or not pink lady is an icon of the VW show scene.

I think the younger generations just see ugly rather than the talent that went into building it.

fish26 - January 5th, 2015 at 11:41 PM

i love the pink velvet seats, it would be like sitting in a vagina

:lol::lol::lol:

Yep it is ugly. And yep it does show an incredible amount of skill.
But what if that skill was used for the forces of good!

fish26 - January 6th, 2015 at 12:38 PM

The forces of evil are way more fun, I personally like it along with Von Dutch creations.
Perfect example of total not half arsed outside the box thinking.

awesome!

Are the headlights from Porsche 928?

pfillery - January 7th, 2015 at 06:10 PM

Obviously not intended to be driven.....steering wheel is tiny and hate to think how it will tackle even the flattest speed bump. Does show skill though.

nope, not even close. I would think they are Trans-Am headlights.

928 lights are round like 911 but are electric pop out (like frogs eyes)

Joel - January 8th, 2015 at 02:12 PM

Just about every late 70s and 80s American cars had those headlights, even DeLoreans, Americans with their stubborness to stick with sealed beams.

THe part that always made me laugh about pink lady was the functional disco ball and CRT TV with a Beta Video player, It was like he aimed to fit as much 80s as possible into 1 car.

vlad01 - January 8th, 2015 at 02:36 PM

yeah i frigin hate sealed beam lights. No matter what, they always look shit. like sealed beams VW used in the US. They protrude like eyes of a rabbit that's been run over on the head.

blompod - January 8th, 2015 at 05:48 PM
