Would really consider doing same to my Kombi, if price was to come down. They say its not for the environment, but IMO may be its biggest advantage

Love the idea. As battery technology improves these could be affordable and reduce major emission problems. Solar charging stations all over the place would make life awesome too.
Might need a big stereo with an aircooled exhaust note to make it feel right though!
