Hi all. Just a gentle reminder that after 18 issues as a digital mag we've decided to move with the times and produce a paper version. I'll be
bagging a few copies for distribution so if anyone wants one please drop me a line via here or the website (website is best as I check those emails
daily - go to http://aircooledclassicsmagazine.com/blog/ )
Cheers,
Paul
First lot of paper proofs have arrived. Phew! They look great. Photos don't do them justice so I won't bother putting those up that matter here -
but I will show you the digital equivalents - these from the Abbey show in QLD. If you want a paper copy of the mag (perhaps your VW or a mate's is
in this issue) drop me a line via the magazine website or through AVD. The six double page spreads can be seen with the printed issue here: http://aircooledclassicsmagazine.com/blog/aircooled-classics-issue-19/
I'll be distributing this first printed version of Aircooled Classics - issue 19 in Australia. Just let me know you'd like a copy and I'll put the
order in and sort out price later.
Cheers,
Paul
Of course, if you don't want a printed mag...

...you can always get the digital version of Aircooled Classics by downloading the app and purchasing through that instead.
Cheers,
Paul

The printer begins printing tomorrow. Allow a couple of weeks for transit from USA to Australia. Thank you to all those who have contacted me
personally and through AVD requesting we hold a copy of the magazine for you. Your issue is reserved. You will not be disappointed.
A lot of people have asked if this magazine (and our volksamerica VW mag) will be available in your local newsagent. That's
a tricky one to answer. We're on the verge of creating two print magazines which we will have done in record time. The US is definitely our biggest
market - volksamerica for obvious reasons, but Aircooled Classics is a global title and does not focus purely on US, Europe
or Australia; it focuses on them all. Given that the shelves are stacked with overseas mags it would be nice to see Aircooled Classics side by side
with the rest, but that would require an injection of advertising income from the local market, and that could have an undesirable knock-on effect
(not for us...). So we're undecided right now. We're really happy how things are working out with both digital and print versions of Aircooled
Classics. If you want it you can always get it from me, and if you know of any businesses that might like to stock it then you should tell them about
it and tell me too. We could also investigate distribution at VW events across the country. That would be an easy option if we can source people to
become official agents for the mags at shows.
We have other ideas up our sleeves, but for now we're just happy to be able to bring you all two great magazine titles in print. Kombi Life mag is
also always in our sights. If we could pull that one off it might just be the perfect trifecta!
Paul.
