Bug Door Hinge Pin Removal tool -North Brisbane

Hi

Has anyone got a door hinge pin removal tool i can hire or borrow (Brisbane area) or know of anyone who would be able to replace the pins for me at a reasonable cost ?

Happy to pay for the service in $ or beer or a favour (keep it clean please !!!!)

Ive been to see Micks motors and they informed they lent out the tool and it was never returned ! so well done that man who f***** it up for the rest of us !

Mike ,thanks for the pic think im gonna improvise using a modfied g clamp or the puller method in the pic before i finally give up either buy the tool or pay someone to do it .

Is there any advice on how you recondition the hinge/pine once the pin comes out?

You can buy over sized pins (8.1or 8.2mm) as opposed to 8mm standard ...You will need to ream the hinge out to accept the oversized pins if required .

(i havnt attempted mine yet ..there still stuck solid !)
