Android tablet not working with AVD

Hi all,
Having issue with getting AVD on the standard browser. Whenever I try to open it I get, "page not available" like the page is down. Every other
forum I'm on works. It's a 5yo Samsung tablet.
Thoughts?

the wife or significant other has found it and some how blocked you.

Right. I'm alergic to Chrome. Won't have google spyware on my devices.
