You can't use the quick reply area if replying. If you use the new topic or new reply buttons, you will see below the message area where you choose
the file you want to upload. Just remember it needs to be a fairly small file (40kb? from memory).

You should be able to just click on "Choose File" and it then opens up a new window for you to locate the file you want to add. You can also click
on add attachment to the left of choose file so you can add more than 1 attachment (maximum 3 can be added).
