New version of CentOS installed

Hi folks,

CentOS 8 is being deprecated, to be replaced by CentOS Stream at the end of the year.

As I might be away when CentOS 8 support ends, I've decided to upgrade it early. So far so good. I'll leave debug turned on. Please let me know if anything doesn't work, and I'll try to get it fixed.

The forum's code is getting further and further behind the version of PHP of even the older version that is in CentOS, so at some point, I will need to re-write the forum in a newer version of PHP or transfer the forum to some other forum software.
