I can log on and post to forums but that seems to be the extent of things.
I can't edit my profile to change my contact details or send PMs.
I've tried the 'contact us' button at the top of the page but also no joy.
I must be doing something wrong!

Had the same with updating email address ..... this has been caused by TPG/iinet/ozemail etc ceasing to provide email servicing as part of their ISP/NBN service AND SO have had to set up a gmail account and update all contact and login details for any and everywhere
