May be old news to some

Wow, I'm way out of touch. Serves me right for listening to '60 and '70s music all the time.

I haven't heard of ANY of those bands, except for one of them...I DO remember Da Da Da by Trio. Here they use it for advertising Sakata rice biscuits!

Were listening to the 'I am Sam' soundtrack at the moment which is great for cruising and just A to B stuff.

Excellent track mix, check it out next time you near a CD barn.

The Bronze.
I Tape CD's to tape, CD players don't last long around sand, mud and water.

I'm out of touch didn't know Sakata had ads :)

and not to mention no CD player would be shock proof enough for off road stuff

What are peoples favourite cruise tunes?

Pitchshifter is the only band on there I recognise... And I can't even remember what they did?!?!?!

As far as cruising music in a 'dub.
Definately German Industrial  it's got the whole groove/motion thing happening (which is great for driving) uses alot of noise samples and is very rocky/heavy so suits lowered suspension and the sound of an air cooled flat 4 :D
Other than that, just some good old fashioned hard-rock Or something kind of funky (like Jamiroquai) or perhaps a combination of both (like 0rgy) always make for great sounds, particularly when cranked!

cheers,
Cam
