Does anyone here have a registered towframe the ones that clip the front wheels in and follows begind the car?

OR a light car trailer..... i need to pick up my beetle but can only put 1200kg on the towbar and the trailers roung here weigh around 800kg

Can ne1 PLEASE HELP ME

I have an A frame you can borrow, but I am in Nowra.
No worries if the car is registered (I think?) I've used it for years.
