Andy, if it is what I think it is, it'll be a timer for the petrol powered heater for the kombi.....set the timer 30mins before your due to drive to work in sub zero europe........:D

Damn that is a nice clock. Is the bezel gold or is it just the way the chrome is showing up in the photo?
