Hey just found this in the Enertainment Guide
They are starting a season of Moonlight Drive-In sessions at the Queen Victoria Market from Tuesday to Sunday nights
You can book throught Ticketek so we could probably book a whole group of us one night
$23 per car up to 4 passengers, then $5 for any extra PAX.
There're some good films coming up
Buffalo Soldiers on the 1st October if anyone wants to see that poor beetle get squashed:o

Saturday 27 The Matrix Reloaded M
Sunday 28 Terminator 3:Rise of the Machines M
Tuesday 30 Donnie Darko M
October
Wednesday 1 Buffalo Soldiers MA
Thursday 2 The Rage in Placid Lake M
I'm up for Jen. Just let me know when.
Kol needs to know very soon what we want to see so he can plan the rest of his hol's
OK let's pick something from the above that he's posted
They're all good movies, I've only seen one of them but don't mind going again (Buffalo Soldiers)
'The Rage in Placid Lake' is meant to be good. Stars Ben Lee, and is an Aussie comedy
I don't mind Sci Fi
The season is on until the 16th November so we can always do another night for those who can't make it that soon
Is it a drive in at the vic market?
Yep, the link on my first post tells you all about it
It's their first year of doing it
Should be fun!!
Sounds fun, lots happening in melbourne
Mate melbourne rocks!! especially now that we had a nice warm weekend!!:bounce:bounce
Once winter is over things start happening again down here
Next month is the Melbourne Arts Festival and Fringe Festival so stuff happens in the streets if you done want to catch a show. That's if your
into that stuff. Most a the program looks heavy going this year, all pretty serious and dark:jesus
The Drive-In sounds good, some light relief:thumb
Ok, since nobody has put forth any dates, how about we make it a Saturday for all the people who aren't on holidays....
The only one I can do in the near future would be next Saturday, for The Matrix Reloaded. Any takers?
I haven't seen it, so I'm in:thumb
If every one wanting to come is agreed I can give them a call tomorrow to see if we can reserve spots
Have fun, hope the weather stays warm...otherwise take you're doona, you know what they say beautiful one day, raining, cold and miserable the
next
Enough about our weather already up there!!!!:P:P:P
The God's may punish you the temp will drop 5 degrees and you'll have to go put woolies on or something drastic like that:jesus
Yeah sorry, and the weather did drop 5'c today, was only about 25.... wish we had a drivein, that would be cool, beanbag in the back of the ute
OK already
'The weather will continue to improve by next Saturday'
'Saturday night will be mild if not WARM'
My new mantras for the week:thumb
Yeah yeah, i stopped about the bad melbourne weather, i moved on...im sure it will be beautiful :thumb
I know a lot of you have been out all day and this has moved along quickly
But who wants to come, or can make it?
The Drive-In goes until Nov. 16th, so we can always do another one. Kol has school hol's and so can make it down to the big smoke next weekend

Next saturday I'm busy have friends coming over for tea. (thats a
good thing!) Took a long time to organise, so I'm not changing it.
Next time maybe...
What do you mean "beautiful one day, raining cold & miserable the next".....we get beautiful, rain ,wind ,sun & sleet all in one
day!!!!!!We don't have to wait till the next day for a change!!!!
