i'm researching some seats for my '68 beetle, and i'm on the fence between some nice comfy seats or some replacement lowbacks

anyone here got non standard seats in their beetle? what are they? are they comfy? got any pics? :)

Go the good ol Recaro's. you take the head rests out and you have a semi low back................Another option i liked is a brand called cobra, they make a low back seat.

I have had a set from a Subaru and a set from an Honda Integra

The Integra are sporty looking and real comfy but dont adjust as well as the Subes did.
The Subes were welded so i had both adjusters on. The also had a couple of other squab adjustments
The Subes actually fit a bit better. The Honda seats rub a little bit when you stick your hand down to pull on the hand brake or use the heater.

The Honda seats have better material and bolstering (side supports) though.

I just sold the Sube seats to some one here

You should be able to pick some thing up for like the $150 -- $250 mark
