type3kid - September 29th, 2003 at 08:55 PM

just curious to how many vee dubbers there are in the western sydney/blue mountains area. i'm out near windsor and i can't make it to the club vw meetings most oif the time so i want'ed to put out feelers for people in this area's reaction to a smaller cruise club based around this area.
any feedback welcome, thanks

that's what i've thought, plus i am in the hills district heaps and always seeing them there

I think bennyboy up the mountains was going to start a club. Okay start a club with me but alas I am lazy and well i don't know what happened to him, he was keen.

Let me know and I may get involved. Same thing just can't get out to the club veedub meets.

mate, i hope i don't sound rude but they obviously have the time. i've been meaning to get to the meeting to check it out but the time factor to get there isn't good. i know it's one night a month but i'm busy almost everynight.

can anyone interested in this please send me a u2u.

I have been considering leaving the club I am in and starting/joining another club.

Smallish, no politics, no money making other than covering your costs, lots of cruising and events where your Veedub is used....

wacked 1, 65 square, costa and mountain bug. the more the merrier. i don't have all the time in the world that's why i wanted one closer to home.

hodrodmatt- i agree totally, i don't want a profitable club, just one that ppl come and enjoy the day and the cruise. all veedubs no politics.
