How many guys from here went to the last ones.

There was only 2 bugs and my replica there last week, but there were a few spectators from here that might bring their cars next time.
I'm pretty sure I can arrange a trophy for something like "best reaction time, VW power", I had a shocker so it won't be me..:thumb

Hi Pete,

Count me in, managed to get out of my meeting so I'm there. Found my boost limiting problem. Too much tension on the wastegate actuator. Now got 15psi, just don't look at the duty cycle of the injectors!
I'm ready to run!!

Pete can't remember what my car weights. I'll have to put it on the weigh bridge here at work. Until then I'll be fiddling with the wastegate to get it setup correctly.

what time do you need to be there? I have to come up from Nowra so I will leave in the morning.

I'll be there about 4ish I think. Last time I arrived at 3 and had to line up at the gate to get registered.
Arrive at the competitors gate, park ur car, grab ur rego papers and licence and line up at the "demountable hut" where u get registered. Then you drive into the pit area for scrutineering. Once thru scrutineering just line up again for ur runs.
We got 4 last time so not bad for $45.

barring floods etc.. was so much fun the other week :thumb look out for the snot green dub parked on the other side of the road in the dirt pile area...
whatever it is. would love to have a drag, but I've deveoped 6 thou of end float from forty million miles of hard driving. also about to do a rebuild, and it would be a shame to screw it up now
decided the best spot was near the start line, below the kebab sellers. more noise, more smoke, more speed... although i spent a while on the grandstand, and over near the rails... all good

but if you're worried about the sound levels, don't be. although the dubs were amongst the louder draggers, there were louder ones than stingered dubs. don't quote me. call the buggers if you're worried, but I'd just do it.

I am pretty sure they have the 95db limit.... fit it up and have a run then see if they PING you .... U can always fit the old muffler back on

Chris ran a stinger last time, no problem, he was asked to put his engine cover back on though.:thumb
