Yep if you watch Batfink on the ABC about 5.50 pm you will see a cartoon I used to watch as a kid.
And yes the "battleack" is a customised pink beetle. Only in the 70's.

Someone else who knows Bat Fink, I put a post about him up ages ago and no one knew who I was talking about, in fact I watched it yesterday along with
Doctor Who.
Think I saw that as a kid - didn't know it was still around.

Yep, mysterious cities of gold was an oldskool anime, one of the best anime series ive seen... tried looking around for it on video or DVD and you can
only get the french dubbed version and it costs a <-----small-----> fortune!
I love dr who... but that little bratty susan is so annoying! typical troubled lass of the 60's era.

One of the episodes of Batfink showed Karate working on a problem with the engine and it was IN THE FRONT- AHHHHHH.
Anyway, love the show as it brings back good memories. Now all they need is Prince Planet and Super Chicken as well.
