Hi all fellow Dubbers!

I'm trying to gauge the demand for road registered buggies. I currently have a J&S SWB that I've had on the road for 6 years but now is being garaged due to lack of time and lack of seating for my two children. So.... unfortunatley I'm having to consider parting company with old girl. I've had no probs with rego or the bug itself, except fighting the missus for the driving seat! Is there much demand out there in VW land for a piece of motoring fun?

How could you see it man!! Use it even if it's you one weekend and the wife the other. As for the kids, well that's what relatives are for.

But seriously, the buggy could be a good bit of together time for you and the wife on the occasional weekend. Mine gives me together time with my 7 year old daughter so at least then I don't have to argue about the driving. (I'll be on Frazer island next month!!!!)

This is enough of a reason for me to keep mine in the garage for most of the year and it make the 3 or 4 weekends a year that it does come out for a trip more special.
