Any one have any pics from this weekend away.
We (Carol & I) had a great time and it was good to finally put few Aussie Vee Dubbers names to faces.
Car ran sweet there and back so that was good to. Gave it a good work on the climb up the Lake Mountain road, in the mist.
Was a brilliant weekend thanks to all who organised it. :bounce

On the way there....
Unfortunately the Toyota driver in front of REDBUS managed to sneak in at an intersection and we were stuck with him. Why can't people fix their
smokey old motors?
Have to agree, it was an excellent weekend.
The organisers did a brilliant job. I can see why it is such a popular annual cruise:thumb
Here's a couple of more shots that Col emailed me
The car park at Mountain Lodge
Greg's oval, all the way from Tassie, with headlights still on:o
Hmmm, one of the hazards of cruising. I always need reminding to turn mine off
Well I`m glad you all had fun!
We all have just as much fun running the event.
Look forward to seeing you on the next cruise.
What a top cruise, how does it go singing wine and whisky and wild wild women, well we had it all but still sane. Great organisation, company, wine, food etc and topped off with a trip to see the raptors at Healesville Sanctuary. Hard to top, literally.volma1
Sorry, I've had some networking problems at home and gave up after uploading the first two pics. Here's some more...
Here's another one of your car, Greg.
Here's looking down on Marysville on the way back from Lake Mountain.
Actually, this is the one I meant to post, the one above was just a nice view.
Andrew, is that hack which will allow us to edit the pictures coming soon? Please?

Not VW, but the Alvis car club (or some of them) turned up for lunch at the B&B on the Sunday, and I couldn't help but take some pics of their cars.
THis one took the owner 26 years to build from boxes of parts. He made a lot of the parts himself, including all of the friction dampers except for the actual levers, right down to the wooden friction plates and the printed end caps!! I was VERY impressed! :o
This one is good for 110 Mph and is worth around $175,000. :o:o:o
And here is my favourite. I love those mesh light covers!
Following Steve & Mandy in their 'vert on the way back to Healesville...
We got a VERY close look at the Raptor show at Healesville Sanctuary!!!
This little fella did everything except smile for the camera!
Anybody else got any pics to share?
Col excellent pics
Gee your camera takes nice shots
Great pics Colin thanks. Sorry we couldn't hang around for lunch on the Sunday. Had to get back to Melb to see if the house was still standing (Teenagers left on their own for the weekend hmmm.) Will we see you guys at the Drive In night?
And was the house still standing? My kids used to do a tidy up because they'd experience how scary I can get if I find a big mess :o
Hang around next time and you may find the house back in order AND dinner cooked LOL
Yep, they had hidden the evidence really well. The house was a little too tidy if you know what I mean . Hmmmm:jesus
I will be at the Drive-In with bells on. I may even have Heather with
me, work depending.
