RIP OFF - $14-95US postage for 4 stickers!!
68AutoBug - October 28th, 2003 at 09:32 PM

I went to order 4 VW Stickers from a company in the US over the internet,
I told them just to put them in an airmail envelope and post them to Me.
They emailed Me and told Me that the postage was going to be $14-95 US...

I said I wanted 4 stickers, not a CV Joint!

I told them it costs around $1-75 to send an airmail letter to the US. It will be even cheaper to send an airmail envelope to Australia probably $1-50US or less.

I'm now waiting for a reply..... Lee

Lee was it a personal email or a generated/standard one??

I know when I've bought stuff from overseas I've always checked the shipping info.

Maybe they have a minimum postage/shipping charge and the $14.95 is it??

It may not be worth buying just stickers if that's the case??

Lee didn't you ask them how much it was going to cost?

The price varies between internet companies when you check the freight/postage cost online
