a funny? thing has happened in Sydney this morning, we can not wash our cars due to water restrictions & this morning woke up to find everything outside is coated in fine red dust which has blown down from Broken Hill, driving to work you can see who keeps their car in a garage & who doesn't, most don't & are covered in a fine red haze

I live in the blue mountains, 70k's from Sydney. I washed my flat black van last night with a watering can, then parked it under the carport. This morning it's RED.:alien

Weve got the same thing up here in brisneyland... happened a little earlier than it did last year (and last years dust was probably slightly worsened by 15000 people dancing in the dusty desert)

i feel sorry for all those poor farmers, they need that topsoil Makes breathing a bitch with the added humidity!
