Here's a drawing I did for my sons a couple of weeks ago. I did it as a colouring in sheet but coloured it digitally afterwards. Maybe something along these lines for the shirts? About time I made another contribution to the club I reckon...

Here's an idea Brad... Let us all know what sort of thing you picture in your mind and let some of us fartistic types come up with some drawings. Some of us out here in VW land have a bit of experience in design and drawing... (and I don't just mean me. LOL)

Right... I have U2U's this to all those who asked but here goes anyway...

What I want is a picture as followed..

A tough looking Manx Buggy filled up, I mean really full of camping gear. Hanging over the sides and apile on the ground. A guy standing beside it trying to cram it all in. Then a lady walking towards him with another load of camping gear. Below I want a caption that says something like " Manx Club, get out there and enjoy life" or words to that effect.

So what do you think ?

Don't really know. It will be printed on from an image though so whatever we can get really.

baybuscamperkid - that is the right idea but I need a tougher looking buggy, needs a roll cage and some people so to speak.

OK, after a quick talk with Brad, this is what I came up with...

I think Brad might prefer blue and orange

So why didn't you say you wanted a competition?

I'm probably too busy at the moment to finish a pic this week with our new son taking up most our time anyway. Which is a shame because what you want is a real fun image!

But seriously if you wanted people to produce pictures - using up their time - then deciding who you will use you should have said that. I got the impression you wanted to see people's style then choose and let them then spend the hours to do the image.

Anyway, I hope you end up with a great t-shirt. I don't have the time at the moment to spend 20 or so hours on an image that may not be used.

I never meant to confuse people. I had the idea in my head of what I was after. I U2U'd a few people who showed interets and the post did the rest.

I have not chosen an image yet and still haven't actually seen what I am willing to spend hundreds of dollars on producing. I though we were still bouncing ideas around.

I like all the artwork I have seen but none of it is what I am after so to speak.

The actual style I was after is was more like this :




I must admit I never thought about how many hours went into it as I would be flat doing a Ronald McDonald colouring in picture. SO if you feel I have wasted your time for that I aplogise. I would still love to see your handywork though and am alway looking to get picture of buggies. I am some what addicted. :o:o
