its only taken me 3 years?
I was one of the first 50 members I think

man, BM i can't beleive you haven't worked out yet that posts counts don't mean ANYTHING. Just because you have a 1000 posts it doesn't mean you know a lot about VW's, it doen't mean you make more friends or become a moderator, all it means is that you have spent a LOT of time on this forum and in your case in a very short time like 2 months or something you've got to 1000 posts. think about it...

i'm not cranky, i mean look at this thread, and you'll see what i'm talking about. type82e was one of the first 50 members aparently and has been on the forum for three years and has only just now gotten to a thou posts, contrasted with you who has been on here for a few months and is probably gonna break a grand tonight. that's ONE THOUSAND posts. one thousand chances to help someone, inform someone or give your opinion. i'm not having a go at ya, all i'm trying to say is that i don't think that you've done much of the above three in this thousand posts so how about try and do better in the next thousand...that's all...good luck!:D:thumb:bounce

KruizinKombi is in my opinion one of the most respected members of this forum.

Yes he has posted over 5000 times and they have all been valuable, positive and always helpful and VW oriented.

I have met him and he is a humble and honest person.

I would vote him as our next Chairperson Elect of Australia if I could.
