Looks like you were missing the CB this morning also! I noticed some one else had it.
Well that or you slept in the wrong bed last night

I'll be there and can stay the entire weekend now that I'm an unemployed bum. My baja will be ready wont it Brad, I don't want mine to be sleeping as long as Terrys:P
Mr Frog - Your baja is safely tucked into bed and ready for completion some time soon.. You have met my wife and seen my IOU.. It will be done

This years stickers are done ( thanks Steve :thumb) and ready to go, t-shirts we are still working on but since every buggy / baja gets one we had
better get cracking on them....:thumb
Come on guys, isn't there anyone else coming to Frazer?
I saw alot of ribbing of the Queensland guys because hardly anyone came down for Stockton the other week and now we doing the same to them.
Well it looks like I should be able to make fraser. I have to go to Townsville to commision a piece of gear I designed but it looks like I should be finished the friday before we leave :thumb
I'll be there!!!!!:thumb

It looks like I'll be having a lonely drive from Sydney to Brisbane.
For anyone interested;
WHO – Manx Club Australia
Fraser Island Trip 2003!
WHEN – 29th / 30th Nov 03
WHERE – Meeting at BP Service Centre, just north of Brisbane on the Highway heading north (the one with the McDonalds, near
Caboolture). Meeting at 7.00am, leaving 7.30 am sharp and cruising up to Rainbow Beach. Should get to Rainbow around 9.30-10:00am. Pick up our permits
and head out onto the Manta Ray Barge.
COST - $60 Club Members, $65 Non Club Members this includes your trip entry, Manx Club T-shirt and barge fees. You will still need a
National Parks vehicle access and camping permit (about $35?).
DETAILS – We will be camping just north of Eurong on the Beach. Once we get to the camp site on Saturday we will set-up, have some
lunch, then head off for an afternoon cruise. In the evening we have some activities planned and a BBQ. On the Sunday we have another trip planned to
the Northern tip on the Island and then back into Central Station for a look around. Some members will be leaving while others will be staying till
Monday when they will cruise back down Double Island beach and get off at Noosa Nth Shore and cruise back down the Highway to Brisbane.
Last year we had over 20 Buggies in attendance along with 3 Baja bug and a couple of people in 4WD’s who just wanted to hang out and see the
benefits of finishing / getting their buggies sorted.
WHAT TO BRING - The club will supply a BBQ and group tent / cover. You will need to bring all your own camping gear and food for the
weekend. Shops are available but prices are higher than Main land. Toilet facilities are also available a short drive from the Camp Site.
WANT MORE INFO ?? – If so please contact Brad - email
brad@manxclub.org, or just reply to this post.
I hope to see you all on the BEACH!
hmmm as i'm not going to schoolies cause i'm a lazy barstrd and couldn't be bothered organising anything i might see if i can go to
this. can i please????
I might bring BM too if he gets over his
nuclear-scale sunburn. can i? I've been thinking about joining the club but keep forgetting.
I should be there, so should a mate in his rat buggy
Does some-one in charge, have an idea on numbers?????
Boozer, your more than welcome to come. Non members just pay an extra $5 to come along as a kind of incentive to join the club.
As for numbers, Brad would be the person to ask. I think most of the QLD guys will be there, and 1 NSW guy so far
MAD! Now i just gotta organise it!
:thumb
Numbers are a funny thing as you never really know here are a few
Brad - Manx
Darryl - Manx
Wes - Baja
Mick - MaxFx
Jon - Manx
John - MaxFx
Steve - Manx
Andrew - Tow'd
Terry - Country Buggy
Darren - Baja
Troy - Manx Clone
David - Mk1 Supa Sports
Rick - Manx
David - Manx
Neil - Baja
Matt - Mk2 Supa Sports
???? - Rat Buggy
Doug - Manx
There is a few more but my memory is getting bad :o:o
maybe Mark - Manx, Andrew - Manx and George - Manx
Also most of the above people are bringing partners / friends and some Kids.

And here I was thinking that it was this weekend clashing with the Noosa Hillclimb and that my country buggy wouldnt be ready- luckily I stuffed up
with the dates and so the added two weeks shouldn't be a drama. So you can add another buggy to the list- At the very worst I can bring the hilux
(dont mean to swear) to see how the buggies perform etc..

Another CB... way cool....
Hilux is not a swear word
we do however like to reffer to them by the
club name of Buggy Recovery Vehicle..... :o:o
I will have my CB home this time next week with a bit of luck... how cool will my yard look then, 4 Buggies, 1 CB, 2 x Type 3's and Kombi, a
Hilux and a few other Manx's that will be visiting for some pre fraser hot ups

Dan - Manx and 3 of his buggy mates
I hope we can break 25 from last year ...
BUGGY BUGGY BUGGY BUGGY ......
Better get some more T-shirts and stickers made

looking good :thumb
Not long now, anymore takers ???
It's official: SEEYANEXTYEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:bounce

hmmm.. i'm noticing alot of guys names on the list. Where are all the buggy babes??
i really want to go, i'm not sure how my manx would take it. how much '4wd'riving is needed? i'm already driving around with a
broken windscreen....
fraser is pretty mild offroad wise. If you worried about your car you can probably park it at the camp site and bu, lifts off others for the weekend.
There are plenty of people with spare seats.
the soft sand is the only tricky bit, I'm sure plenty of people will offer to tow you out if you get stuck.
Brad:I WILL BE THERE NEXT YEAR!!!! Wifey has booked hollidays so I can go !!!! YIPPEEEEEEE:bounce
