Funny, mine looked the same a few years ago, but I had 3 splitties covered by a choko vine, took some cleaning up too.

Dave, no that is'nt Martins back yard, although it looks very similar, but if you went to pull out one of his splittys, only the front half would come out I'm sure.

This was a pic I found, thought it was cool.

mate. fai dinkum. it is always sad when you see something like that. whether it is a n old splitty or a bedford truck. at some stage it was someones pride and joy. then thye become too self obsesed and think yep i will get onto that. then one day there it is all rusted and covered in shit. sad ...... very very sad.

i found mine like that. sat in a guys back yard for 25 years. he was like 80 and saying to me. 'yep im gonna do it up' sure thats why its sittin' there rusting to earth.
