Uh Spook. Need ya mate.
Come around my place, park on the "No Parking Sign" directly out the front, we'll share some beers and wait for the Strata Bastards to
come and put a sign on your ride.
I bags the breaka bar, you bring your own.
Brad,
What can I say mate. The world full of all sorts. Fortunately, otherwise it would be pretty boring. I would put it down to the green envy too but I
guess if he had a life then people could treat him the same way and then he'd know how it felt.

Sorry, this was actually supposed to be a post on the end of Brad's string but I must have pushed the 'Post New' Instead of 'Post
Reply'. Well you get that eh?
For those who are new to this and the old Forum, I have lovely, lovely neighbours.
NOT :X
I live in a strata title (Not For Long) and with strata come mongrel power tripping home nazis. Not that I'm biased but there like brads mate
except theirs 5 or 6 of them. Nice as pie to your face but squirming in their holes about the last thing you did to thier confidants.
Some examples- (old eg's for veteran members)
I had a 71 Baja I was doing up in the carport. Unregistered and fixing it up slowly for rego to use for my internship.
Had to be moved off the strata cause it wasn't registered. Took them a year or so but eventually I agreed. Sold that one.
4 weeks later replaced it with a better, easier to fix 73 baja, The Dog-O-War. Again unregistered, here we go again but this time I registered it. Man
now are they pissed! Didn't mow my lawn for 4 and a 1/2 months. Took 6 calls from the agent and a dirty letter from the wife to get them to mow
it.
Three weeks ago - Painted a 'No Parking' directly out the front so now there's no where for visitors to park. The night it appeared
some smart prick somehow erased it with something, of course I wouldn't know what but it worked. Until they resprayed it. Wish he'd come
back and do it again.
Anyhow all the rules are flying our way now. Bins need to be hidden, no washing left out on the line, no gardening common areas what else are the
going to go on with.
Must be because now we can't park out the front I have to start the Dog a 6.30, need to idle it for 3 minutes and then let my wifes car out just
to repark it again. Get on my nerves but not as much as my nearest neighbours who are on the board.
Anyhow the units up for sale and we'll move into a decent place now that we can (soon) afford somewhere better. Until then I'll keep playing
their petty games and amusing the other neighbours who are glad they picking on me and leaving them alone. I'm a big boy, I can handle volunteer
wardens.
