what colour

hey guys and girls
give me some ideas on what colour to paint my 72 panelvan type 2 im thinkin maybe that new blood orange on new fords?!?!
or maybe a matte bluey/grey colour
oh and sandin back a kombi is bloody hell!!!

HOw about Chrome Yellow! put chromed or polished wheels on it with fresh Chrome around the car, it will look sweet!

That blood orange colour of the new fords is awesome,i reckon it would look totolly sweet on your bus with chrome accessories.:thumb

Dont think the orange would help if you want it to be a sleeper.
How about painting it in grey primer and leaving it like that, Now thats a sleeper colour.
If you use epoxy it wont rust or attract water,

i agree! sanding a kombi is a bitch! Im going an orange similar to the original but brighter, a 70s holden colour from the toranas i think. i recon blue with white upper would look cool, just a warning tho, i have seen a couple of kombis in darker colours (reds especially) and they just dont look right somehow, maybe too much colour over such a large area.

gotta be yellow then
best to stay away from dark colours as they tend to show up any wobbly bits on your body work.

my bus is as striaght as a die!!! seriously though im not scared to take on dark colours cause they look soooooo kool!!!
i can get any colour i like just need a chip!!
my uncle painted his fasty yellow i dont want to look like him :P

silver do u have a VW colour chart with chips with it??
