Just finished doing a tune up on my kombi for the drive down to the Gold coast this saturday.... i was wondering who else on this forum will be going to schoolies???

too young by a year:(, probably wouldnt go anyway. if u meet any guys from Yarra Valley Grammer down here in cold ringwood victoria be sure to say hi from me, i think a few are going up.

Trust me on this, I have been working in Surfers for Schoolies since 94 and have recieved plenty of sensless damage to my cars from Drunken Dickheads, even when you're in the car.:cry

When we went to schoolies, have been several years. The cops were absolute bastards to all of us ... we had about six cars in our group - 5 of them got yellow stickers ... it totally ruined the whole weekend ... yes we got smashed - yes we had a good time!

But we didn't deserve that sort of sh!t from cops - and they wonder why the young get frustrated and take their aggression out on property (cause their own property is getting taken away!) ... damn that still shits me a couple of years on :mad:

The coppers seem to think that any fellas are there to prey on the schoolies girlies. Even when that fella live there, work there, usually go out there etc.

Mind you Qld Po-lice are not well known for their politeness or PR skills. Can anyone remember Market Days......

im staying bout 15min drive away from cav... so hopefully the dickheads wont be on the beachs near us... we plan to catch buses into cav ave...
